FREE DAGGING SHEARS (WITH QUALIFYING PURCHASE) PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter is Downland Marketing Ltd whose registered office is at Warwick Mill Business Centre, Warwick Bridge, Carlisle, Cumbria CA4 8RR.
  2. The free dagging shears Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Downland and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  3. The Promotion: All single product orders of either Sheep Natural Energy, Opti-Blox Sheep Energy or Opti-Lix High Energy, minimum Qualifying Spend of £300 purchased in one transaction during the Promotional Period (1st August – 30th October) will be eligible to receive one pair of dagging shears free of charge whilst stocks last (one pair per order, one order per customer).
  4. The Qualifying Spend is the amount after any discounts have been applied.
  5. Participants who make purchases outside the Promotional Period will not receive the free dagging shears with their purchase.
  6. Free dagging shears are subject to availability, they are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives or any other gift. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the free dagging shears with a gift of equal or greater value.
  7. Free dagging shears will be provided via the Downland franchisee where the Qualifying Purchase was made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
  10. By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion.

The following are the terms and conditions relating to Downland’s “You’ve Won” 10% cash back offer

Offer period is stated on the claim card.

Any claims for purchases after the last date of the offer period will be void.

All claims must be received by Downland by the end of the month following the month of purchase.

Applicators are not part of this offer.

Only 1 claim to be made per farm or customer.

To receive 10% Cash Back, simply send via post or email the completed offer card with a copy of the invoice from your supplier as proof of sale to:

Season Long Satisfaction Guarantee

A single treatment with Zermex® 10% LA for Cattle at turn out helps control parasitic bronchitis (lungworm) and parasitic gastroenteritis throughout the grazing season, by reducing the build-up of infective larvae on pasture associated with these parasites.
If, during the grazing season, you are concerned that Zermex® 10% LA for cattle hasn’t provided the expected level of worm control, in collaboration with your vet, Downland guarantees to:

  • Conduct a thorough investigation of the worm control status of the treated cattle
  • Pay the costs of associated laboratory tests
  • Prepare a worm control health plan tailored to your farm

Conditions of the Zermex® 100 mg/ml LA Solution for Injection for Cattle (10% LA) Season Long Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Cattle must be treated with a full dose of Zermex® 10% LA in strict accordance with label instructions.
  • Cattle must be treated immediately prior to being turned out to pasture.
  • If using Zermex® 10% LA cattle must be set stocked throughout the grazing season or moved to a pasture which has notbeen grazed by other cattle earlier in the season.
  • No untreated cattle should be mixed with the group during the season.
  • Investigations will be limited to the grazing season in which the cattle were dosed.
  • Costs associated with investigation need to be pre authorised by Downland.
  • A copy of the results of the laboratory tests must be supplied to Downland.
  • Downland reserves the right to visit the farm
