Steele Farm Supplies’ Business Expands

Downland retailer Steele Farm Supplies have expanded their business opening a second store in Ballymena.

Located beside the Ballymena Livestock Market, Matthew Steele – son of John Steele – has followed the footsteps of his father, who opened the first Steele Farm Supplies in Ballymoney Market. Matthew has grown up working in the Ballymoney shop but having been there permanently over the last two years, he has decided to expand the business into Ballymena. Matthew and his new wife, Sophia, have started this second shop together and hope to serve the local farming community around Ballymena.

Steele Farm Supplies sell lamb and calf milk, mineral buckets, animal health equipment (sheep hurdles, sheep troughs and round feeders, etc.), land drainage, water piping and water fittings, agricultural oils, clothing and footwear. Steele Farm Supplies Ballymena will also be offering the service to print your replacement tags while you wait.

Their new store is located at 12 Woodside Industrial Estate, Broughshane, Ballymena BT42 4QJ. To contact the store, please call 028 2565 0701.
