Returns & Refunds Policy

While we hope you’ll be happy with your items, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.
This policy applies to everything you buy from Downland Marketing Limited.

Please complete the returns slip on the reverse of your delivery note and return the good to the address shown on the returns slip.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and ensuring you have traceability of the parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Changed your mind?

We’d like you to be happy with everything you buy from Downland Marketing Limited. Should you change your mind, please return the product with your proof of purchase, within 30 days from the day you receive the goods (the cancellation period) and we’ll happily offer a refund.

Please be aware if you do change your mind, some products have different return time limits and exceptions.

We ask that perishable items are returned within their use by date, in a saleable condition.
If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged.
To get your refund, just notify us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period listed above and then return the item to us, using the returns address listed on your delivery note, not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to cancel to us.
